Did you know that the IYC is the first political organisation in the country to conduct internal elections? Be part of this movement ! The IYC Election Commission is inviting volunteers.

Signing up for IYC election duty allows you to :
* Be part of creating a New and Powerful IYC
* Work with fellow IYC members
* Travel to different parts of the country

* Develop your skills

You will be trained to conduct membership drives, to organize elections and other politics related activities. These skills will not only help you in running the IYC elections/membership drive, but will go a long way in developing your own mobilization and organisational skills, that are critical for your own political career.

* Grow within the IYC
Contributing through the volunteer program is a great way to grow in the organization. Your experiences as a volunteer will be an important part of your political portfolio. It is inspiring to note that some LROs who played a vital role in the election process in Punjab were given tickets to contest for the Lok Sabha elections from the Congress Party, as part of its commitment to bring young blood into mainstream politics.
